Treu Beauty Supply ships domestically across the United States. Main shipping carrier used is United States Postal Service. You will be provided with a tracking number once order has been shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
TREU Beauty Supply will gladly accept returns within 21 days from the date of the invoice. All products must be in sellable condition and in their original packaging,
We will not accept returns for used and opened item unless it is defective or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on personal use products for any reason.
• We do not refund shipping charges.
• 20% restocking fee will be applied for all authorized returns.
• 30% restocking fee will be applied for all unauthorized returns.
• 50% restocking fee will be applied for all refused and unclaimed orders.
• Refund or credit will be issued within 21 days of your return being received.
• We cannot accept any returns without an authorization number is on the top of the box
• If the item/s was/were sent wrong to you and we provided you with a prepaid label, exchange or refund can be processed only after the package will be delivered to our facility.
